What is the diagnosis?
A 22-year-old man presents to emergency department with a c/o of acute onset left flank pain for the last 24 hours. No h/o chills , rigors or recent trauma. Normal bowel movements. Lab. Reports normal. CT contrast performed with the results shown in the slide.
